Meet Philip Slen

Philip Slen is the creator and inventor behind UpRoastware. Based in Calgary, Alberta, Philip’s journey began with a passion for food, innovation, and a relentless pursuit of the perfect home-cooked Peking Duck. Frustrated by the limitations of traditional roasting pans and inspired by his own cooking class, he set out to design a better way.
